Once you receive a Referral Invite or land on this page, the following steps must be completed:

- Invite someone to shop with us, by either tapping on the “Refer” button displayed in the referral tile on this page, or in the invitation email from us.

- Once you do this, a draft message containing your unique referral link will appear. You agree you will not (attempt to) mislead anyone in connection with this Promotion.

- Each Invitee must click on your unique link for you to be eligible for the Promotion.

Rewards will be received within 30 days after the delivery date of your friend's order. It’ll be worth the wait, promise.

You or your friend may not have received a reward if:

1. They didn’t use your unique referral link to complete their purchase.

2. Your friend had purchased on our website before — if this is the case, they aren’t considered a new customer and therefore won’t be eligible for this reward.

3. Your friend had first been invited by another friend and the referral was linked back to that friend.

Your Friend(s) need to place a qualifying order directly on our website using your unique referral link/discount code.

You or your friend may not have received a reward if:

1. You didn’t use the invite link from your referrer to complete your purchase.

2. You had purchased on our website before — if this is the case, you aren’t considered a new customer and therefore won’t be eligible for this reward.

As long as your friend places their order with either the referral link or your unique code, you’ll earn referral credit. The email address you referred used to sign up doesn’t need to be the same as the email address to which you sent the referral invitation.

If your friends receive multiple referrals from multiple senders, only the sender of the referral link used when they placed their order will earn credit.

Existing customers aren't eligible for new customer promotions. The referral scheme is only for new customers. However, if they have an account but haven't shopped with Smuuv before then they still will be able to take advantage of the scheme by using your unique referral link.

Smuuv Bucks earned via referrals will expire 36 months after you receive it. We’ll email you at least 3 months before the expiration date.

- We reserve the right to reverse any Reward/s credited to your Smuuv Body account if we become aware that you have breached these Promotion Terms. We will consider the reversal of any Reward to have been done with your consent and the credits to have been authorised by you.

- If we believe that you have engaged in any fraud or material abuse of the Promotion we may also in our sole discretion take any actions we see fit in the circumstances. For example, it would be a material abuse of the Promotion to orchestrate a campaign to profiteer from the Promotion in a way that does not result in genuine and unique new purchases with Smuuv, and so in addition to reversing any Reward/s, we may also close your Smuuv account.

- Any personal data processed or controlled during the Promotion will be dealt with in line with our Customer Privacy Notice that applies to your Smuuv account.

- The Promotion is organised and offered by Smuuv Body.
