Return Policies
We can only think of two reasons why you would send your product back. One, you don't like the product, or two, the product arrived damaged. Either one rarely happens, but you might be one of the exceptions.

We all at Smuuv Body want you to be thrilled with your new purchase(s). We will always make every effort to ensure we deliver a very pleasant and smooth shopping experience with us and we stand by the efficacy of our products. However, should we fall short of your expectations at any time, we totally get it, and have endeavored to create a seamless return process for all purchases on our store. We are always here to help! Please contact us if you wish to have a refund and we will supply you with all the address details and everything that you will need to return your goods to us.
We will happily accept returns by mail that are initiated within 30 days of receiving your order. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable).
- Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method, as Smuuv Body is not liable for lost or damaged return shipments. To return your purchase, you should mail your product to us. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility and you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
The item(s) is/are your responsibility until they reach us. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty or not as described.
How to Return Your Smuuv Body Order
We want you to love your Smuuv Body purchase — but if it’s not quite right, we’re here to help. You may return your item(s) for any reason within 30 days of receiving your order. Please read the return guidelines below to ensure your request is eligible.
Return Eligibility
- Devices (Lulu Pro, Mave, etc.): Can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (excluding shipping).
- Skincare Products (Serums, Gels): Must be unopened and unused to be eligible for return.
- Subscription Items: Can be cancelled anytime, but are non-refundable once shipped. See our Subscription Policy for full details.
How to Start a Return
- Contact us first. Email support@smuuvbody.com with your order number, reason for return, and any relevant photos or videos.
- Once approved, we’ll send you the return shipping address.
- Pack your items securely in the original packaging, including all components and accessories.
Please note: Return requests must be made within 30 days of purchase and items must be shipped within 7 days of receiving return approval. Returns shipped outside this window may not be eligible for a refund.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@smuuvbody.com
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, SALE items cannot be refunded. May only be eligible for store credit.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer exchanges. We will only replace items if they are defective per the terms of the applicable warranties. If you need to report a defective product, please fill out this Product Defect Form here and send us an email at support@smuuvbody.com and send your item to us if approved to do so. It is very important that you contact us before sending your item.
Gifts
If you need to return an item that was gifted to you and shipped directly to you, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, you’ll need to contact the gift giver to discuss your options. We are unable to refund you directly.

If you've used our product and are not completely satisfied based on your results within the first 90 days, simply contact our customer support team by filling out the form below. Warranty:
All Smuuv Body products are backed by Smuuv Confidence™ Guarantee and offers an extended warranty for all Smuuv body devices. All Smuuv Body products are covered by our 1-year parts and labour warranty unless stated otherwise. The product(s) shall be purchased originally from Smuuv Body or authorized distributors and free of defects in design, assembly, material, or workmanship. The Smuuv Body manufacturer's warranty period is valid from the date the original order is delivered to the customer and is not refreshed with replacement devices. The warranty is registered with the individual who placed the order and may not be transferred to a third party. Activation of the warranty must be made by the initial purchaser of the goods. The warranty does not apply to damage as a consequence of negligence, misuse or unauthorised modification of the product. Warranty is only valid in the country or region of purchase.
