At Smuuv Body, we aim to process and dispatch all orders within 1-3 business days. Please allow 1-3 business days for order processing and shipping. Every order includes tracking information from shipment to delivery. Please note that unless otherwise stated, Smuuv Body is not responsible for shipping delays, lost or damaged packages, or incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout. However, if you encounter any issues with your order, reach out to us using this form — we’ll do our best to assist you in tracking lost parcels or investigating delivery delays.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive shipment notification containing a tracking number via email. Use this tracking number to monitor your delivery progress. If you have not received one or the tracking number isn’t updating or working at all, no worries, please contact us and we'll solve it! Please note, orders with multiple items may be split into different deliveries, arriving separately. There won’t be any extra charge  and you can check the delivery status of all your orders in My Account.

Unexpected Delays

In some instances, the delivery may take longer than the standard shipping times stated above. Most of these delays are caused by international customs processing that we cannot control. Please contact us if your package is taking too long to arrive and we will work with you to resolve any situation.

We do our best to ship to all locations on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, which means that all relevant import taxes and duties are included in the product price.
