How do I gift someone an e-gift card?
To give the gift of an e-gift card, simply choose your e-gift card amount on this page, enter the recipient information and choose the value of the card. The card will be added to your cart and you can proceed to checkout.
Once checkout is complete, the recipient will receive an email that they have been gifted an e-gift card to www.smuuvbody.com with instructions on how to redeem towards their future purchases with us.
Do Smuuv Digital Gift Cards expire?
Our digital gift cards never depreciate in value. However, if a card with a balance has had no activity for 5 years after the date of purchase, it will be automatically deactivated. Please note that a deactivated gift card after this time cannot be reactivated or recovered.
Does this gift card work on other stores?
No, the Smuuv Digital Gift card only works on our website www.smuuvbody.com and will not work on other stores.
Can I change the value of an eGift Card after I have paid for it?
Unfortunately it is not possible to alter the value of the eGift Card after payment. Once the eGift Card has been purchased, the value cannot be modified.
How do I cancel an order for an eGift Card?
If your eGift Card has not yet been delivered because you have selected a future delivery date, you can cancel your order by contacting our Customer Experience Teams here. If the eGift Card has already been delivered, your purchase cannot be cancelled.
